Please review these policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
These policies exist to protect both you and Hannah, and to ensure every client receives a professional, focused experience. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
No guests or visitors in the studio during your appointment. The studio is a private, focused workspace. This policy applies without exceptions — no children, partners, or friends in the treatment room.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee reserves your time slot and compensates Hannah for preparation and scheduling.
The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including personal emergencies, sudden illness, or change of mind.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: your booking fee will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment date. No new fee is required.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment: your booking fee is forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.
No-shows (failure to arrive without any prior notice): your booking fee is forfeited and you will be required to pay the full remaining balance before rescheduling.
A 20-minute grace period is provided. If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, Hannah reserves the right to treat your appointment as a no-show and the booking fee will be forfeited.
Please communicate if you are running late — Hannah will do her best to accommodate, but late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
Permanent eyebrow makeup is a two-step process: the initial session followed by a touch-up appointment 4–6 weeks later.
The touch-up session is not included in the initial service price and is billed separately.
Touch-up appointments should be scheduled within 6 weeks of the initial session. Beyond this window, the appointment may be reclassified and priced accordingly.
If you have existing permanent eyebrow work from another artist, a brow correction or color correction set may be required before Hannah can proceed with her services. These are priced separately.
For foreign retouch inquiries or correction work, please email prior to booking for a consultation.
Results vary by individual. Skin type, aftercare adherence, lifestyle, medications, and natural skin retention all affect the final healed result. Hannah cannot guarantee identical outcomes across all clients.
Clients who do not follow the Aftercare Instructions may experience poor retention, uneven color, or premature fading. These outcomes are not eligible for complimentary touch-ups.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is honored for that appointment.
Brows By Hannah reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time, including at the time of the appointment, if a contraindicated condition is discovered, if the client is under the influence, or if the treatment environment cannot be maintained safely and professionally.
